La Marquise is a magnificent century-old Mas, ideal for holidays with family and friends. This property is offered by AIR Property Provence.

Located in the commune of Lauris, 10 minutes from Lourmarin, the house is in the countryside close to the village, quiet and not overlooked, you will be in the heart of nature.

The traditional decor and antique furniture give the house a real charm, there's no doubt we're in Provence. The Mas is rustic and untouched, and you'll fall under its spell if you're a lover of old stone.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo and Nespresso coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster and all the equipment you need for cooking), where you can eat directly in the kitchen or on the terrace in the shade of the plane trees.

Then there's a dining room and a sitting room in a row. The comfortable sofa will allow you to relax in the hottest hours of the day. Fireplace, satellite TV and hi-fi.

The vast garden of 3500 m2, fully fenced and maintained, will allow you to stroll and relax during your holidays in Provence. The garden is planted with lavender and local species as well as a few fruit trees.

The large terrace in front of the house is shaded and the house is always cool, even in midsummer. The bedrooms are equipped with fans.

The 5m x 12m chlorine pool is alarmed and has a lounge area ideal for relaxing with a drink. There is also a large covered terrace with a lovely family table where you can enjoy your meals.

Outdoor games, table tennis, two bicycles available.

First floor: three bedrooms

Three bedrooms of around 15 to 20 m2, each with a 160 cm bed, and a shower room. All rooms have fans.

1 individual toilet.

The fourth bedroom is in a separate extension of the house. It has a 160 cm bed, a small shower room and a toilet.

A third shower room is located outside on the ground floor, with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Bed linen, towels (one small sheet and one bath towel per person) and tea towels are provided.

A concierge service is at your disposal for tourist information and services such as babysitting, home cooking, restaurant bookings, wine tasting, bike hire etc etc.... tourist documents, a list of our favourite restaurants and a map of the Luberon can be consulted on the AIR Property Provence blog.

Once your booking has been confirmed, we will give you all the information you need and organise your arrival.

The Mas is not suitable for electric cars, you may be held responsible for electrical damage caused by charging electric vehicles.

To leave with the towels provided by the property.

Before you leave and out of respect for the cleaning team, we ask you to:

• Empty your bins
• Empty the fridge and dishwasher- Clean the barbecue

Your holiday rental has been delivered in a good state of cleanliness. We do not ask you to do the housework, but expect the house to be in a good state when you leave. A cleaning supplement may be deducted from the deposit.

Garbage not emptied 150 euros extra, barbecue not cleaned 50 euros extra.
