Completely renovated in 2022 with cozy furniture and beautiful decorations, Villa Juliette has a fully equipped kitchen and large living and dining rooms.

The living room and three bedrooms are equipped with brand new individual air conditioning units that are conveniently operated with remote controls. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, and the third one comes with a larger king size bed. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one on the main floor, and the second in the downstairs game/gym room. There are also two terraces, one in the front of the property, with access to the pool and a built-in electric Plancha grill, and the second in the back of the property.

For sport lovers, the villa Juliette AIR Property Provence, is quite attractive.
Indeed, the large swimming pool (10m X 5m), features a smooth current for fitness swimming, as well as an automatic pool cover.

The property also includes its own gate access to the "Garrigue", a natural and protected forest park of 55 hectares, which includes many hiking and mountain bike trails, with direct access to the Durance river, only a few minutes’ walk away. It is perfect for runners, hikers, or mountain bikers (2 mountain bikes are available in the villa). This natural area is truly amazing!

Villa Juliette is located on the quiet outskirts of Mérindol, a typical and beautiful small French town, and while there is a road along the property, there is very little traffic and noise. Walking to Mérindol from the property takes less than 10 minutes, and you’ll be able to visit the cute, pedestrian cobblestone downtown area, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, a –very good– butcher, bakery, liquor store, post office, ATM, etc…
